Blockchain Industry Night 2021: September 23

The Industry Night has been a flagship event at Blockchain@UBC and we can’t wait to welcome you. This year, we host the Industry Night both on the UBC campus and online: register here. Guests will enjoy discussing trending topics such as cryptocurrency, blockchain, and decentralization. This is a great opportunity to network with fellow blockchain startups, technology companies, graduate students, faculty researchers, and industry experts. Per British Columbia’s new Covid-19 policy, we will accommodate 150 people, half the capacity of the venue—the Jack Poole Hall at the Robert H. Lee Alumni Centre. If you are not among the first 150 registrants, we will send you an invitation to participate in the online version of the event, which takes place on September 30.

Since the BC vaccine card will come into effect on Sep 13th, attendees older than 12 will be required to show proof of vaccination. In addition, attendees should wear masks since masks have become mandatory in public spaces. Furthermore, sanitization will be provided throughout the venue.
